Holiday Pools is family owned and operated by a 17-year veteran of the pool and spa industry. Being in the pool business and installing hundreds of vinyl liner inground pools, we have first-hand knowledge of all the different pool wall systems.

Polymer panels were the standard in our pool business for years, however, eventually we became frustrated with how easily they warped and also with the fact that they are restricted to 6 feet in length. So, we began to install steel walled pools. The raw strength of steel and having panels slightly longer than the polymer, up to 8 ft, were an advantage. But, steel walls are extremely heavy.

While installing a steel pool in 2003 we were shorted a panel. It was going to be four or five days before we would receive the replacement. So, out of sheer resourcefulness, we went to a local boat manufacturer and had a panel constructed from marine-grade aluminum. From the mistake of one company, another was born.
